In partnership with local colleges and ConstructionSkills, we work hard to provide opportunities and facilitate the training and development of Apprentices and Trainees throughout the area. We are committed to investing in the future of our company and the wider construction industry. Most importantly, in devoting time, commitment and funding to make sure apprentices and young professionals have the guidance to succeed.

CCTAL & Cyfle Building Skills

We became an associate member of the Carmarthenshire Construction Training Association Limited (CCTAL) in 2012. CCTAL is a training programme run alongside construction companies and local/county training providers. The aim is to offer support, training and development to Apprentices and Trainees throughout South Wales.

Since we joined the initiative we have invested significantly to help the scheme meet the training and development needs within the area. This investment has helped the organisation’s Shared Apprentice Scheme train young Apprentices to the highest possible standards.

We also work with Cyfle Building Skills, a regional shared apprenticeship scheme. The initiative by South West Wales Regional Shared Apprenticeship Ltd (SWWRSAL) and the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), aims to provide employment throughout the construction industry by creating apprenticeships across South West Wales.
