At Morganstone, we value the importance of supporting the local communities within which our projects are developed, and maintaining positive relationships with our neighbours. We understand that a pro-active approach to community engagement is vital from the outset, in order to keep local people informed and to ensure that inconvenience to residents and businesses due to construction, refurbishment or maintenance works is minimised.
As proud members of the Considerate Constructors Scheme, our aim is to leave our communities with a positive legacy as a result of our Community Engagement. Since Morganstone’s formation in 2008, we have proudly contributed towards a wide range of Community Engagement initiatives, supporting a variety of local projects, causes, organisations and initiatives including but not limited to: Ospreys in the Community’s TACKLE programme, mosques, community centres, youth sports clubs, hospital visits with Father Christmas and the Easter bunny, food bank donations, athletic events, charity golf days, family fun days, site visits, schools, colleges, universities, job centres, unemployment agencies and get back into work schemes.
We understand that the future of construction lies with the next generation of trainees, apprentices and graduates. We work with local comprehensives and colleges, to provide careers and construction talks and site visits to ignite their passion and interest in the Construction industry. We also work closely with colleges, universities, employment agencies and charitable organisations to offer apprenticeships and work placements.
