Cwrt Castellau, Beddau, Pontypridd, Rhondda Cynon Taff

Further to our ongoing relationship with Rhondda Housing Association, we were appointed as Partnering Contractor for the Castellau Road project in Beddau, RCT, for the construction of 39 new properties.

The site is located in a semi-rural setting and will provide much needed housing to the local area.

The project involved the demolition and clearance of the existing property, along with associated infrastructure. Challenges included the close proximity to two local schools, and extensive engineering works including reinforced piling. The project started in February 2015 and was completed in June 2016.
