Following the successful completion of the Laburnham Drive development in Newport, South Wales, we were pleased to complete another project with the Charter Housing Association.

Another project with Charter Housing saw the development of Manor Inn, Risca. Conveniently located at the heart of the Usk Valley, the construction saw ten new dwellings introduced to the beautiful and picturesque area. The construction began with the demolition of the Manor Inn Thistle Way Pub which made way for a series of two and three bedroom properties.
