Our partnership with Pennant Homes has been a long one and has seen a range of high quality, affordable developments introduced throughout South Wales. Parc y Dderwen Phase Six consists of eight semi-detached homes and follows on from the previous phase that Morganstone completed that comprised of 29 executive three and four bedroom homes for sale through Pennant Homes, with eight two bedroom homes available for rent via Coastal Housing Group.
Phase 4 of the development received a Highly Commended Award at the Neath Port Talbot County Borough LABC Building Control Excellence Awards in March 2016.
Occupying an enviable position within the popular town of Pontardawe, the site sits on an elevated spot with many of the new homes set to benefit from commanding views of the Swansea Valley and surrounding areas.
Pennant and Morganstone have previously worked in partnership on the Parc y Dderwen development, with Morganstone previously completing Phase 1 to 5 of Parc y Dderwen. Work on phase six started in 2018 and was completed in Summer 2020.
