How the Scheme Works

The most successful construction professionals are those that are well-rounded which is why we have structured the training scheme into 6 core business areas. Training is delivered via a rotational programme which gives you exposure and development in the following key areas:

  • Development & Design Management
  • Pre-construction
  • Site Management
  • Engineering
  • Quantity Surveying
  • Commercial including Tendering / Estimating / Procurement

You will spend a specified period of time in each of these business areas over your allocated training period and you will be required to complete a Training Checklist to ensure you are receiving the necessary training within each area. You will be supported by the Training Development Co-ordinator to ensure that you are fulfilling your training and to ensure you are on schedule for completion.
