We offer a structured training programme known as the ‘Role Rotation Training Scheme’. The Scheme aims to give our Graduates and Undergraduates the very best, first-hand, on-the-job experience. It is designed to build skills and knowledge across all areas of the construction industry.
We offer technical training to all levels, whether you are a Post-graduate, Graduate, Undergraduate, or New Entrant / College student.
If you have not yet graduated, the Role Rotation Training Scheme enables you to study and gain qualifications whilst also working and earning a salary.
If you have already graduated then your learning journey with Morganstone will be fast track and you could qualify as a construction professional within 2 to 3 years!
The Scheme duration depends on which level of qualification / study path you are on as follows:

Note: Due to the timescale of these placements it will not be feasible to get exposure to all training areas however we will ensure that you undertake a structured training and development plan in order for you to gain an insight in to operations of the business to assist you when you return to your studies.
The most successful construction professionals are those that are well-rounded which is why we have structured the training scheme into 6 core business areas. Training is delivered via a rotational programme which gives you exposure and development in the following key areas:
You will spend a specified period of time in each of these business areas over your allocated training period and you will be required to complete a Training Checklist to ensure you are receiving the necessary training within each area. You will be supported by the Learning and Development Manager to ensure that you are fulfilling your training and to ensure you are on schedule for completion.
When we take a Graduate/ Undergraduate into our Team at Morganstone we make a commitment to you for the long term. This means investing in both your personal development as well as your technical training.
Morganstone has a strong and positive people culture. You’ll be supported in your role by a Line Manager who will be responsible for you on a day-to-day basis.
You will also be allocated a ‘Morganstone Mentor’ who will help you to grow by looking at the opportunities available and developing clear goals in order to expand your skills and to realise your aspirations. Our aim is to promote organic growth by ‘growing our own’ and therefore fulfilling our management and leadership posts from within the organisation so there is a great career path within Morganstone!
We understand how important professional development is to Graduates and Undergraduates and we are committed to supporting you in working towards your chartership and we have therefore forged links with various professional bodies within the industry.
Your Morganstone Mentor will also support you on your chartership journey.
