Morganstone and Westacres donate £10,000 to Prostate Cymru and Alzheimer’s Society Cymru

It was a busy day in our Llanelli HQ yesterday as two cheque presentations took place for Alzheimer’s Society Cymru and Prostate Cymru.

The two organisations are Morganstone and Westacres’ chosen charities for the year and each of them hold personal importance to a lot of the people in our company.

Each charity was presented with cheques for £5000 each that had been raised at Morganstone’s 10th Anniversary Ball.

Alzheimer’s Society is the only UK charity that campaigns for change, funds research to find a cure and supports people living with dementia today.

Prostate Cymru is the leading prostate health charity in Wales. Founded in 2003, the charity has grown from strength to strength over the last decade.

Ian Morgan, our Managing Director, added, ‘At Morganstone, we place a high value on the work we carry out both in the community and for charity. It was a pleasure to hand this money over and I’d like to thank everyone who donated or played a part in raising the money at our 10th Anniversary Ball last year.’
