The scheme situated off Bro Myrddin, Carmarthen was developed in partnership with Morganstone and Gwalia part of the Pobl Group, Carmarthenshire County Council and the Wales Co-operative Centre.
Parc y Mynydd was constructed by Morganstone and completed on behalf of residential developer Westacres. The development features 20 unique homes ranging from two bedroom bungalows to five bedroom executive homes in the suburbs of Saron, Carmarthenshire.
A retirement complex consisting of 32 one and two bedroom apartments constructed in partnership with Trivallis. The scheme will provide much needed modern older persons housing in the Rhondda Cynon Taff region.
The Coed-y-Lan development continues our long standing partnering relationship with Rhondda Housing Association. The development consists of 18 new build apartments.

The redevelopment of the former Neath Port Talbot (NPT) Police Station continues our ongoing partnering relationship with Gwalia part of the Pobl Group. The development - now named Ty'r Orsaf - will consist of 30 apartments and 3 ground floor commercial units.
Maesteg Extra Care Scheme and Residential Housing Development is being developed on behalf of Linc Cymru and will provide state of the art housing units for older and vulnerable people in Bridgend County Borough.
The Four Seasons development continues Morganstone's partnership with Gwalia, part of the Pobl Group and will deliver a mix of 41 new affordable houses, apartments and bungalows.
Priory Gardens, Ewenny the latest exclusive development from Westacres, consists of just five impressive, detached properties each with a substantial garden of approximately a third of an acre.
Phase 4 of the Maes-Y-Ffynnon residential development at Gorslas is being undertaken by Morganstone under the banner of Morganstone Homes. Following on from the successful design and high standards of the three previous phases of Maes-Y-Ffynnon, this scheme will consist of ten residential properties of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms.
Morganstone is the Principal Contractor on a new development at College Road, Ebbw Vale. The development is on behalf of Linc Cymru and continues the successful partnership between the two companies.
Morganstone has been appointed as Principal Contractor for the Alltwen development at Pontardawe, Swansea. The scheme continues the effective partnership between Morganstone and the Pobl Group.
Morganstone Ltd and Westacres Ltd are delighted to announce that three of our Site Managers have been recognised by the NHBC, in winning prestigious Pride in the Job awards.
The awards are given to site managers who achieve the highest standards in house building. It represents success for them, their team, and their sub-contractors, and is the highest accolade of its kind. It is recognition of the hard work, commitment and attention to detail that delivers a high quality product.
It means that our site managers have consistently demonstrated exemplary standards of workmanship and leadership, whilst ensuring health and safety across their sites.
