Managing Director

Ian is an experienced Director and Senior Manager with a proven track record in the residential construction and property development industry. He has a wide knowledge of the construction industry including expertise in planning, development appraisal, commercial, construction and sales.

Tonia is a Director of Morganstone and oversees sales and marketing for the company. Tonia has previously run both her own business and a family-run business for many years.

Management Accountant

James joined the company as Management Accountant in May 2016 having worked in the construction industry for 10 years prior. He is responsible for all financial activity with keen focus on cash and cost control whilst working alongside the commercial and operational arms of the business to generate accurate forecasts and budgets reflecting the company’s financial future.

Business Development Director

Stuart's introduction into the Management Team as Business Development Director will ensure that there is a clear focus on the client, managing their expectations and achieving their goals. As a dedicated conduit between the company and the client this role will enable continuous feedback review, ensuring that Morganstone aligns itself in the sector in which it is working.

Finance Manager

Alison has worked as Morganstone’s Accounts Manager since February 2012. She is responsible for running all aspects of the accounts department including payroll, sub-contractor and supplier payments and human resources co-ordination.

Head of Commercial and FInance

As Head of Commercial and Finance at Morganstone, John is responsible for the commercial management of projects and the management and development of part of the company’s wider surveying team. He brings extensive experience to the role having held a number of senior positions in the South Wales Social Housing sector.

Trudi Bowen image

Trudi Bowen

Business Systems Manager

Trudi joined Morganstone in April 2017 having worked in the construction industry for over 20 years in the field of quality, safety and environmental systems and compliance.  At Morganstone she is responsible for the development, training and implementation of the Morganstone Business Management System (BMS) which is home to the company’s health, safety, environment and quality procedures and operational standards.  Trudi supports the business in applying an integrated approach to systematic business improvement which is key to ensuring that the company continues to apply a progressive approach to the implementation of industry best practice and innovation.

Ralph Hughes image

Ralph Hughes

Contracts Manager

Ralph joined Morganstone in November 2014 as a Project manager and was promoted to the position of Operations Manager in May 2015. Ralph's role has steadily developed and at the beginning of 2018 was re-branded as Contracts Manager. Ralph brings over 40 years experience to his role having delivered a range of large scale residential, healthcare, commercial and education contracts throughout his career in the industry.
