The redevelopment of the former Neath Port Talbot (NPT) Police Station continues our ongoing partnering relationship with Gwalia part of the Pobl Group and will consist of 30 apartments and 3 ground floor commercial units.
Maesteg Extra Care Scheme and Residential Housing Development is being developed on behalf of Linc Cymru and will provide state of the art housing units for older and vulnerable people in Bridgend County Borough.
Project: Advanced Level Centre Campus 6, Haverfordwest
Our work developing education facilities is now becoming a vital part of our portfolio with the development of Advanced Level Centre, Campus 6. The scheme is being constructed in partnership with Pembrokeshire College and commenced in summer 2016.
The project will consist of a new build sixth form education wing to the existing college building. This will include classroom and laboratory teaching spaces, self study areas, ICT suite, treatment and hair salons and a fitness suite. The new build works will also include a 500 sqm sports hall. In addition to the new build works we will also be undertaking upgrading and refurbishment works to existing teaching areas and the main reception and foyer area of the college.
This project has been procured under the South West Wales Regional Contractors Framework and will be constructed under an NEC Option A form of contract.
