The Schooner Way development follows on from our successful Hamadryad Court scheme and is being developed in partnership with Cardiff Community Housing Association. The site is located in Cardiff Bay on a dockside location overlooking Bute East Dock.
The project consists of 85 apartments and 32 houses. The apartment block is 7 storeys in height with a central stair and lifts core, plant room, meter room, bin stores and cycle stores at ground level. The building fronts directly onto Bute East Dock. Planning was obtained in early 2016 with construction commencing in January 2017.
