This development, commenced in October 2017, sees the regeneration of the site of the former Four Seasons Social Club in Swansea and continues Morganstones now well-established partnership with Gwalia, part of the Pobl Group.
The development will offer a mix of 41 new affordable homes including a selection of 2 and 3 bedroom houses, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom bungalows.
The project has required Morganstone to find solutions to some challenging engineering problems such as shallow mine workings, existing structures and poor ground.
The estate layout and external finishes have been carefully considered in conjunction with the Planning Department of the City and County of Swansea Council to ensure a traditional feel to the new development that will fit in with the variety of local buildings, whilst offering a modern living space, both internally and externally, for tenants.
The scheme is due for completion in Autumn 2018
